This is good for business travel not leisure or vaca stay. It's a Hilton hotel but it lacks the Hilton touch. Best example, coffee is NOT 24hr not good and for some insane reason from hell, they only have decaf or light roast even at breakfast!? Can you tell I'm a coffee fanatic? The microwaves in the room are tiny and weak and there's not a communal full size one in the cafeteria either. There's a full comp breakfast, just the basics. The location is great for business trips, close to highway, CVS next door and walking distance (for walkers) to huge shopping centers. I stay here frequently, staff is cordial not the friendliest, there's a chance cleaning staff will harass you on checkout day. The beds and linen are great so the hotel serves it's purpose.

Clean, easy to get in and out of, good location. Standard breakfast, exercise room, and pool. Nothing amazing, just a solid Hampton Inn.

Immaculate but very pricey (when busy) Hampton Inn, rooms are spotless and large bathrooms also large. Hallways and lobby spotless. Breakfast was sparce but prepared properly not up to Hampton Inn standards. Front desk staff was lacking. Except for gentleman with French accent Met upper management in elevator very nice lady concerned. Housekeeping will not make the bed or clean your room on any extended days unless requested specially .

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were far away from home and needed shuttle service, Uber service, and food delivery. The hotel staff helped me with all of it. Also, we were in town to take my daughter to a special hospital, but because of the time of the appointment, we were going to have to check out, carry our luggage with us to the hospital, and then come back and wait in the hotel lobby for about 3 hours before our shuttle arrived. When we came down for the free breakfast (which was wonderful), I asked the guy at the front desk if it would be alright for us to stay in the lobby all afternoon. He told me he would schedule us for late check out, which allowed us to leave our luggage in the room, eat lunch there, and only have a 45 minute wait in the lobby. It worked out perfectly! Plus, the room was very nice. We also used the fitness center and bought lots of snacks and drinks from their little store. I’m so thankful we stayed here!

I believe in giving places second chances. And this Hampton in North Brunswick/New Brunswick was so much better the second time around. The young lady at the front desk, Sam, is a "world class" professional. She spoke kindly, accurately, and sincerely to me and my girlfriend as we checked in. Sam told us about breakfast, she informed us that the pool was open (despite a sign saying it was closed) and, even got us towels and walked us to the pool door to let us go in. The room was very nice too. Bed was comfy, bathroom had enough towels for two people to shower off after a dip in the pool. Television remote worked and the air conditioning unit was easy to control and understand. As a Hilton Honors (silver) I was very happy with this hotel. And despite one bad previous experience, I believe this place redeemed itself with better customer service. Thanks again to Sam at the front desk, you are a superstar front desk receptionist!
