“Entertainment: Fernanda, Dael, and Melany are absolutely fantastic. Not just because they are fun - they are very nice people. A lot of entertainment staff at other resorts are fun but don’t always truly take the time and get to know their guests. They were genuinely interested in us as people and I looked forward to each day with them. Thank you. They are 5 star quality.Food: There are some dishes that stand out like the spring rolls and poke bowl at silk city and the awesome lunch at bites. Pizza at the pool with…..Oscar? The usual pizza guy….he is AMAZING. Then there is everything else….it’s typical for resort food and only ok unless you get a Mexican dish which were my favorite (chicken tinga and all the tostadas). Our romantic dinner was ABSOLUTELY exceeding resort food expectations though. Absolutely wonderful and worth it if you do a romantic dinner. Best meal we had.Nightlife: AMAZING. DJ at the pools all day and DJ at wink all night. Don’t come here if you don’t want to get down and/or get upset that music goes late. This is why we came for 7 days and it was AMAAAAZING.Service: pascal is SO MUCH FUN every morning for breakfast. He seems to really enjoy serving his guests and having a good time. Tequila for breakfast, champagne for breakfast, you name it pascal is your guy!Bar tenders don’t get enough credit at all. They worked there butts off and were so nice and respectful. The energy pool especially. Felipe was waiting on over 20 guests by himself at one point and did it with a great attitude.SPA: JULIETA AT THE SPA WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. The hydrotherapy is EXCELLENT and worth it! I have never been to a spa this excellent and the deep tissue massage was wonderful. You can use your resort credits to get money off. Super easy.Finally- I read every single 1 star review (about 260) one night when I was awake in bed and many of them are absolute bull. They scream Privilege. No, you cannot reserve habachi until 3:30, No, you cannot take shots at the bars and pools until 6 pm….THEY HAVE RULES FOR A REASON. So many adults cannot handle liquor and the sun and this resort has to put rules in place for the safety of everyone. I appreciate the diligence this resort took when it came to safety.COVID- well-gotta get tested to get back into USA. Resort made this as painless as possible and I appreciate it. Reservation for test was easy and result in 3 minutes.I know I forgot some names of staff and I am so sorry about that. I have felt so welcome and had so much fun. I am so sad today is my last day but we will come back. Especially because I now have friends for life. Fernanda and Melany, one last shout out to you both. Stay the friendly wonderful strong ladies you are and I hope to see you both again someday! Thanks for helping not only me but our whole group feel welcome and have fun!”
