“Made a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, was told at check-in that they were overbooked and all the rooms of that type were occupied, had to get a manager involved, and they "found" a room with 2 queen beds. Kitchen staff was rude. Needed extra towels in the morning, called down to the front desk, said they'd bring them right up. 30 minutes later, still no towels, called down again and were told they couldn't help us and if we needed something we had to come to the front desk.”
