“This hotel offers many nice amenities including a well kept indoor pool (small) and very nice lounge/restaurant area. The hotel was also very clean throughout. What bothered me was we stayed for 2 nights, left promptly the second day in hopes the room would be turned down and no one ever came. Our trash cans were over flowing and we had no fresh towels so I went ahead and called in the afternoon to request services and towels. 1.5 hrs passed and nothing. Finally I went to front desk and they brought towels about 20 min later. This is a big part of the hotel Experience and no one seemed to care that our needs were not being met. While I would stay there again, I’ll Be prepared to communicate my needs waaaay ahead of time and not expect them to accommodate.”

“Great service, clean rooms, nice bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Every morning there were different options, even had warm breakfast sandwiches. The location was conveniently near downtown. The receptionist Ayesha provided great service and recommended eating places near by.”
