“Very disappointing. Massive water leakage in the entry area, which gave the place a very worn down touch. Unfortunately, the leakage must have been through the entire building, I could hear water dropping down behind the wall of my room throughout the night... needless to say it was very difficult to find some sleep. Forgot a charging device in my room, called the reception, they assured me they would send it to my home address, but I never received anything. Probably the worst "5 star" place I have ever been to.”

“It was a great experience staying here. The staff was accommodating and very friendly and welcoming. We tried the cafe and restaurant; their breakfast has various options. Lunch also was excellent. Our room was spacious and had a nice view. However, the washroom needs an update for its sewage system since there is a bad odour always in it. But the room was kept clean throughout the whole visit.”
