“A bit chaotic at check-in, they did not initially give us the 4th floor club room we booked. This was rectified fairly quickly, and the rest of the stay was good. Room is clean. TV service is good, with some current movies available. The club room is a nice feature, serving breakfast in the morning and afternoon snacks and dessert. It's a good place to sit and relax, there's a nice big TV and PCs available. We used the pool a couple of times. Pool is clean and warm. I like the bar, they have some nice craft beers and the food was quite good. The servers work hard and are friendly, but the place is simply understaffed and the servers have too much to do. The shuttle service is great, took us downtown and picked us up within 10 minutes. Oh, the shaving cream supplied by housekeeping is the best I ever used. I may have taken an extra one or two.”

“There were two of us staying here for one night. The staff was very friendly and we checked in rather quickly. The room was in the camel hump building and was very nice. We were upgraded to a king size bed which was in a large room. The bathroom was clean and the tub was large and the water pressure was good enough and the water got nice and hot. The shuttle was great for getting us downtown and runs till midnight, just call them and let them know where you are and they will come pick you up. We will definitely be going to stay here again.”
