“El personal del hotel fue amable. El proceso de estacionamiento es un poco confuso y costoso, pero el asistente es muy útil. La cama era cómoda y la mayoría de las superficies de la habitación estaban limpias. La excepción fue el lavabo, que todavía tenía recortes de vello facial de un huésped anterior. El desagüe de la ducha era lento, por lo que se acumuló agua. El piso no parecía aspirado y había una tapa de botella en el piso a mi llegada. Tenía una habitación con balcón que daba al atrio. A primera vista, parece muy bonito. En términos prácticos, es un diseño terrible para dormir. Es extremadamente ruidoso. Me alojé por dos noches y no pude dormir antes de las 11:15 pm debido al ruido de los clientes en el bar o después de las 5:00 am de la gente en el vestíbulo y en el área de desayuno. Por lo general, duermo tranquilamente y nadie se comportaba fuera de lugar. El diseño simplemente hace reverberar los sonidos directamente en las habitaciones. Recomiendo encarecidamente pedir una habitación diferente si se asigna al Atrio.”

“We stayed for 2 nights. Initially I booked and paid for a room online with a king bed with shower. After we checked in, we were given a room key and opened the door to 2 queen beds with a tub. The person at the front desk never told me that what I paid for was not what I was getting. We went to ask about it and was told that was the only thing available. On top of that, the tub didn’t drain well and it was dirty with a ring of dirt around the inside of the tub. The lighting in the room was horrible. There were only 3 lamps with dull, yellow bulbs. Overall, the entire hotel did not look like the photos and it was very outdated. Can’t forget that you have to pay $16 a night for parking. The parking lot was so full, it was hard to even find a spot. And it’s also $17 for breakfast… Another reason why I would give this hotel a 0/5 if I could was that we were woken up both mornings by the loud cleaning people. The first morning, we were woken up at 6:30am by banging and them talking loudly in the hallway. The second morning, they woke us up at 9am by knocking and asking if we could open the door. All I can say is save your money and find another hotel to stay at.”
