Localizado perto do aeroporto Dulles, mas distante de centro de compras, restaurantes e farmácias. Não tive problema por estar de carro. Há transporte do hotel para o aeroporto. Apesar de antigo o hotel é muito confortável.

HRD é o melhor hotel da região. Você não consegue encontrar uma localização melhor perto do aeroporto, mas longe o suficiente para não ser incomodado pelo barulho. Os traslados para o aeroporto são novos e funcionam com muita frequência. O lobby é incrível e espaçoso. Os quartos são impecáveis e a equipe é excelente. O buffet de café-da-manhã é um ótimo valor e tem uma grande variedade de itens. O espaço do evento é de 30 mil m². Ft de bela possibilidade. O Hyatt Regency Dulles é uma visita obrigatória para estadias no aeroporto e eventos especiais.

HRD is the best hotel in the area. You can't find a better location close to the airport but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. The airport shuttles are brand new and run very often. The lobby is amazing and spacious. The rooms are spotless and the staff is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is a great value and has a large variety of items. The event space is 30k Sq. Ft of beautiful possibility. Hyatt Regency Dulles is a must visit for airport stays and special events.

The rooms are huge! They actually look just like the pictures online. I was not used to having to pay for parking after paying $200 for a hotel, but I guess that's the norm around the area. I gave the service 3 stars because we ate in the hotel restaurant and it was the worst service I have ever received. She took our order and disappeared. Another waitress brought us water, I had to go to the bar to get my bar beverage, the other waitress brought our food after what seemed like a long wait for a wedge salad and sliders (there were only 2 other people eating). We had to flag her down to get a water refill and flag her down to get our check. Everything else was great though, rooms are comfortable, extremely clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Este é um bom hotel que vale a pena ficar novamente. Embora o quarto fosse um retangular apertado, de paredes escuras, com um vaso sanitário muito baixo e perto do chuveiro, tinha algumas características interessantes. A mesa estava bem colocada e o sofá era confortável. O quarto tinha uma sala de estar e um quarto definidos, com os quartos bem separados com uma meia parede e uma grande TV montada nele que facilmente virava para a sala ou o quarto. A sala de ginástica parecia boa, mas não vi a piscina. A equipe do hotel foi fantástica desde a recepção até a arrumação. A comida era apenas OK. Tivemos uma pequena indigestão de seu buffet noturno, que pode ter sido devido a comer demais. Eu não iria jantar no hotel no futuro. O pátio era ótimo, e eu adorava a árvore de murta de crepe florida lá.

The room was well laid out and the meeting center was nice. Otherwise, I was unimpressed. I checked in late and went to bed. When I woke up, I saw there were crackers by the couch (not mine) and a giant bra left in the closet (also not mine). The little complimentary soaps/lotions were all half empty. The hotel restaurant was mediocre at best. I got a burger that was dry and the “ketchup” with my fries was straight up tomato sauce. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

This is a nice hotel worth staying in again. Though the room was a cramped, dark-walled rectangular, with a toilet too low and close to the shower, it had a couple nice features. The desk was well placed and the couch was comfortable. The room had a defined living room and bedroom, with the rooms well separated with a half-wall and large TV mounted to it that easily turned to face the living room or the bedroom. The fitness room looked good, but I did not see the pool. The hotel staff was fantastic from front desk to housekeeping. The food was just OK. We had a little indigestion from their evening buffet, which may have been due to eating too much. I would not dine at the hotel in the future. The court yard was great, and I loved the flowering crape myrtle tree there.

Limpo, conveniente e bem administrado. Hoje em dia, é difícil prever o que você receberá de um hotel que era tradicionalmente ótimo antes da pandemia. O serviço foi amigável, os quartos eram razoavelmente limpos, e fomos tratados com uma vista dos aviões de Dulles decolando e pousando do nosso quarto. Os quartos Queen tinham uma ampla área de estar que foi uma surpresa inesperada. Jantamos e tomamos café da manhã lá - foi a um preço tradicional de hotel de negócios e com a falta de restaurantes a uma curta distância, um bom desempenho. Ao decolar para um voo antecipado de Dulles, com certeza ficaria aqui novamente.

Clean, convenient, and well managed. These days, it's hard to predict what you'll get from a hotel that was traditionally great pre- pandemic. The service was friendly, rooms were reasonably clean, and we were treated to a view of the planes from Dulles taking off and landing from our room. Queen rooms had an ample seating area which was an unexpected surprise. We ate dinner and breakfast there - it was at a traditional business hotel price point and with a lack of restaurants in walking distance, performed well. When taking off for an early flight from Dulles, I would definitely stay here again.

Os quartos eram muito bonitos e organizados. Eu estava hospedado para uma viagem escolar e fiquei apenas no quarto por 2 noites, mas foi ótimo, a única coisa que me fez questionar a hospitalidade foi a recepção. Eu gentilmente pedi toalhas extras porque só tínhamos uma e a senhora apenas me deu atitude. Meus colegas de quarto até disseram que era meio hostil. O café-da-manhã foi muito bom, porém, as panquecas foram o meu favorito. Mas foi uma ótima estadia e eu recomendo totalmente!

Wonderful staff and clean rooms, very spacious. My only complaint was the curtains wouldn’t close all the way over the window so early in the morning the sun poked it’s pretty head in and woke me up. Also the doors in the hallway are kinda thin and the doors close pretty hard if you don’t guide them shut. Maybe a spring loaded closing mechanism to help ease it shut during early morning hours.

The rooms were very nice and organized. I was staying for a school trip and was only in the room for 2 nights but it was great, the only thing that made me question the hospitality was the front desk. I had kindly asked for extra towels because we only had one and the lady just gave me attitude. My roommates even said it was kinda hostile. The breakfast was very good though, the pancakes were my favorite. But it was a great stay and I would totally recommend it!

Todo correcto, la habitación muy cómoda, aunque los desayunos son algo caros para la calidad que tienen. Hay que actualizar los teléfonos de las habitaciones, tienen al menos 10 años.

El hotel no cumplió con mis expectativas. Viaje por trabajo dos semanas y me encontré con las siguientes desventajas: El restaurante cierra muy temprano y tiene una carta muy limitada. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se puede escuchar absolutamente todo. Una noche directamente no pude dormir y me mudaron al quiet floor. El baño es muy pequeño y las toallas tambien lo son. La habitación no cuenta con caja de seguridad. La pileta es pequeña y bajo techo, nada agradable en verano. El escritorio es super incomodo un frente que baja unos 20cm mínimo que hace que no entren las piernas por debajo de la mesa, y aun si la silla fuera mas baja el escritorio te quedaría muy alto. La silla no se regula en altura y no es cómoda. La habitación no tiene luces en el techo. Solo lámparas de pie y veladores, con lo cual de noche la luz es muy poca. Si bien en el cuarto tenes un libro con todo lo que te ofrecen para alquilar, comprar o pedir prestado, no tienen nada de todo eso. Habia olvidado un adaptador de enchufeAustraliano a Americano y no tenían, ni ese ni ninguno. No volvería.
