“Terrible experience. Sorry, but really not what we expected. The door to the adjacent room was open! The guest nextdoor could enter our room. We reserved for 2 adults and two children and only received towels for two people. And then the dining experience. They fully messed up on our order. My wife ordered a starter as a main course. That was not a problem and she requested it to be served during the main course. It was served as a starter. My son ordered chicken and fries and got fish and fries. My other son ordered pasta. He had one bite and suggested to feed it to the pigs. I ordered a beer from the menu, after 5 minutes they said, no we don't have it. I asked for a second beer from the menu. And also not available.. I was given a different beer.My main course was fine. But it wasn't exactly dining together as a family as they had messed up the order. Cannot recommend this facility. Sorry. Still have to experience the breakfast...I have to say that the rooms very soundproof. We slept like a rock. Temperature was also very accommodating.”

“Tivemos uma estadia muito boa. O quarto superior é perfeito para 2 adultos e uma criança. É limpo e a roupa de cama muito confortável. A casa de banho e WC separados também são limpos. O buffet de pequeno-almoço é muito diversificado e bom. O servidor esta manhã foi simplesmente agradável. Pequeno apartamento também ontem à noite. Uma tensão era palpável. O garçom chefe foi rude. Caso contrário, o resto da equipe foi realmente ótimo! O jantar foi ok, com uma escolha para todos encontrarem o que mais lhes convier.”
