Hotel novo é muito bonito, café ótimo, funcionários comprometidos, recomendo. O único problema é que não é tão perto do centro, mas o táxi não é tão caro.

Esse daqui é Demais...que tratamento...que lugar lindo... preço caro..mais vale a Pena... Caí de frente com a Praia...a tarde a vista fica linda demais as pessoas praticando esporte... Café da manhã muito bom... Cama excelente... Pessoas atendem muito bem..para os brasileiros que quiserem gastar um pouco mais..vale a pena...a localização dele que não é tão tão boa assim...precisa pegar um táxi pra chegar em outros lugares... Mas também não é afastado... Localização estrela 3...mas tudo é 5.

Bueno: comodidad de camas , personal amable , baños limpios, buen desayunoMALÍSIMO: olores desagradables en el ascensor , en el restaurante los huéspedes no pueden estar tranquilos ,no tienen organización en los parqueaderos ( cualquier persona puede entrar y bloquearte tu carro por 2 horas , ruido en los cuartos del exterior y de los mismos apartamentos dentro del hotel.Definitivamente NO VOLVERÍA

I would highly recommend visiting this hotel. I was greeted by Liliana, she will make you feel like family and went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The rooms are beautiful The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Jin at the restaurant and Deyner. Thank you for taking care of us. It was an amazing stay!

Las habitaciones son grandes, con balcón y las camas muy cómodas, aparte de eso los servicios que tienen, como los desayunos y piscina, fueron muy disfrutables; Un lugar muy agradable para pasar en familia.

Buena relación precio calidad ¡¡¡ de momento solo una piscina funcionando con aforo restringido , cuenta con cancha de tenis y un muy buen restaurante con terraza , el desayuno es muy rico y abundante

Las camas muy cómodas y el desayuno espectacular! Tiene buenas piscinas. Si tienes niños pequeños no es el más recomendado, el restaurante no tiene menú infantil y no tiene parques, los televisores de las habitaciones no son smart.

Good place stay right outside of Cartagena. The STAFF IS THE BEST!! Food is good and the rooms are nice so is the beach and the POOL!!!!

8 Days in. Very clean. Well kept hotel. Very fairly priced! Pool... Nicer beach than Boca Grande. Chill people this was up. Breakfast included. Strong coffee. Front desk people very accommodating, just ask for what you want! Small store attached... Beer, wine, snacks. Definitely order the Fried Fish.. OMG! & only 12$ usd. But bottle of wine and bring. Sunset from pool amazing. Only thing slightly negative to say is the Gym needs new everything and up graded. OH rooms are well functional. Ask for a view & larger room. Pool view higher floors are best.

El hotel tiene una torre de habitaciones y otra de apartamentos. La atención de todo el personal es excelente, las habitaciones muy cómodas, las zonas comunes muy aseadas y amplias y se evidencia que cumplen con todo el protocolo de bioseguridad por COVID 19, tiene acceso directo a la playa de la boquilla aunque hay que pagar por carpas como en toda esa zona. Por mejorar considero que deben poner restricciones en las fiestas que se hacen en algunos apartamentos que a veces se exceden con el sonido. La verdad tuve una experiencia amena durante mi estadía.

Un lugar mágico para una experiencia inolvidable. El complejo tiene todo!!! Gimnasio, spa, cancha de tennis, piscinas, salida directa al mar, restaurante, tienda de abastecimiento, ARA, etc..... a 5 minutos del centro histórico en taxi!!!

Un pésimo lugar para descansar. El ruido es insoportable. Dejan hacer fiestas y fumar en las habitaciones. La recepción no hizo nada y no contestaron el teléfono cuando nos quejamos marcando 4 veces en la noche. Al frente del hotel hay un bar discoteca con música a todo volumen las 24 horas del día. El restaurante no ofrece variedad. No lo recomiendo para nada.

There are still many hotels in Colombia not adjusted to international tourism, this is one of them. They lack professionalism, are disorganized and slow. Restricted restaurant schedules and a very bureaucratic approach to things add to this situation.

The hotel general manager has gone which is a pity he was very attentive to his guests.The hotel is not the best in Cartagena.The rooms are adequate.Pools are great as is the food. However what makes this hotel worth a visit is the staff. I have stayed at the hotel 7 times. Even with the change of management i am reluctant to change my preference. The majority of the guests are Colombian which adds to the experience. I thank all the staff for treating me as a friend.

Sonesta...I don't Even know where to start. I had never stay at this location before, however I had stay at other Sonesta Hotels in Colombia. I really thought the Hotel Chain will follow the same model in order to provide the best experience to their guest. It was and special occasion and I wanted the room to be decorated. They asked me to prepaid before arrival which is fine. Wearrived and the package include rose petals, candles, champagne and strawberry cover chocolates. We get to the room only rose petals and 2 candles. No champagne, no strawberries. I had to call the receptionist to have them bring the rest of the stuff. Which at that point the surprise is over. The rooms are descent. The bedding is also descent. Very outdated shades and they don't really blocked the light. Breakfast Buffet is included and Please be prepared to have the worst breakfast ever. Temp in Cartagena is usually on the 80's and humid. Mind you they keep their buffet breakfast outside with that temperature on open air along with humidity and bugs. Definitely a health hazard. The Only highlight of the hotel was the Bellboy, the Bartender and The parkinglot guys. Even on check out the charge me more than what they should had. The location is 10 min away from the walls of cartagena. Would never stay here again.

There's a whole other Cartagena that's booming with renovation a new construction. The beaches are cleaner the water more enjoyable and almost no pesky vendors standing over your perfect view. This hotel goes the extra mile to accommodate. Prices incredible reasonable, wide variety on the breakfast buffet, three pools and obviously beach access. The decor is minimalistic which works for a beach front resort. If you like amenities and prompt attention and servitude I don't think that you will be disappointed.
