“9 hr layover... shuttle took 30-45 mins to arrive. You call when you arrive. Not ideal with a toddler at 1am would have gotten a Uber if we knew.
Apparently, you need to request the shuttle back to the airport the night before. Not mentioned when we checked in after 1am and mentioned we were just getting some sleep before heading back to the airport, due to a long layover. The guy checking us in was very nice though.
The next morning when we asked about getting on the shuttle the guy was rude about us not requesting it the night before.
Other than that the place was good. Beds did the trick for the night. The room was nice. The breakfast was adequate.”

“This is my second time staying at this location. I love that it's close to the airport and mall. The shuttle service is the big plus for me. Unfortunately, the driver was kind of rude this time picking us up from the airport. He yelled out what hotels he is picking up. When we approach the shuttle. We had large heavy bags. He helped everybody else put their bags on. But when it was our turn. He moved to the side and didn't offer to help us. So a guy who was riding with us noticed it. And he helped us. He act like we had the plague or something. 😅 we're use to ppl treating us like this. It was disappointing. We didn't say anything and quietly sat down. But it wasn't a great feeling. Overall, the hotel is great. I hope on my next business trip i don't encounter him again.”
