“The hotel was overbooked. Room smelled of smoke. Dog hair all over the sofa. Smelled musty. Just very dirty overall. Hotel is not well managed. Our AC wasn't working correctly but I knew there weren't any other rooms. Holes in the wall. Very bad.”
