“Booked one night stay for myself and family. Possibly the worst experience with a Marriott I've had in a long time. I was having issues getting my discount form generated and had to use points for the stay (which was fine). We had a funeral that day and my parents were going to head to the hotel before me afterward as I had to stay back for a bit. I called ahead of time to add my father's name to the reservation. Someone at the front desk said I was good to go. I got a call from them an hour later saying they couldn't add names to the reservation and I had to call the Bonvoy line to do that, which was rediculous. The previous person said I was good to go when I added the name and I've never been asked to call Bonvoy for that. In the room, the sinks didn't have hot water and we had to call maintenance to fix it. Then the shower didn't have hot water either and we had to wait for that to fix. It was a major inconvenience after a long day of travel. I'm pretty upset I wasted my points at this location. Definitely wasn't worth it given my experience. Won't be going back to this one again.”

“First morning found a backpack (with no food in it) swarmed by ants. We were even on the third floor. No one was able to help us spray the area to kill the ants even though we called the front desk in the morning. The engineer had more important things to fix, like rooms with no AC and our hallway ceiling was torn apart with some sort of repair being done. The ceiling in the master room of our suite was covered in dust clinging to the popcorn ceiling. At breakfast there were only little dessert plates and juice was served in small 2oz cups. I’m normally not picky, but a swarm of ants and no help from the front desk was a bad experience for us.”
