“Muy mal. Es increíble que desde el primer contacto en el Front Desk no esté capacitado para resolver problemas normales:1. No querían guardar mi equipaje antes del check inn porque decían tenían el guardaequipaje lleno. Mal por el personal de la mañana.E igual de eneficiente o peor el personal de la noche. Se pagó una tarifa de 4 personas. Y el sofacama MUY incomodo no estaba hecho. El personal ni siquiera sabía que éste era un hotel Marriott. NO recomiendo se hospeden aquí.”

“Let me just start by saying so far NOT SO GOOD. I arrived early (my own fault I did not set my clock back) so I was told my room would not be cleaned and ready til 3. Okay, so I drove all the way home. Waited an hour and returned at 3 only to enter my room and not only found a man's dirty socks left in front of the bed but I was also very mislead by the photos of the actual room I was supposedly paying for which featured a fireplace which I loved so much that I chose this particular hotel over others. The fireplace .... well not in my room. When phoning the front desk was told only 6 rooms here have fireplaces and u fortunately MY room was not one of the 6 as the photo in my room selection showed which is completely unacceptable! It's not a good start to say the least. They don't seem to give a flying f$%# when it comes to customer satisfaction. It's photos are misleading. My room cleanliness is a concern with somebodys dirty socks left in plain view. I'm sure there are much more accommodating hotels around than this one so do your foot work to make certain you're getting what you THINK you are paying for like the fireplace which is WHY I chose this hotel and did not get! Ao telefonar para a recepção, foi dito que apenas 6 quartos aqui têm lareiras e, felizmente, meu quarto não era um dos 6, como mostrava a foto na minha seleção de quartos, o que é completamente inaceitável! Não é um bom começo para dizer o mínimo. Eles não parecem dar um f$%# voador quando se trata de satisfação do cliente. Suas fotos são enganosas. A limpeza do meu quarto é uma preocupação com as meias sujas de alguém deixadas à vista.
