“Its awesome! Rooms are just heaven! Add a bit of engineering skillz and you can use the balcony even in winter👌 breakfast great! Gym is real cool! If i could ask for anything it had been a kettle n espresso in room even that butler brings it free if wanted. Hotel is super warm in winter”

“Este é de longe o melhor hotel em que você pode ficar, não apenas no Cazaquistão, mas em toda a Ásia Central. E digo isso não apenas pela ótima localização na margem do rio Ishim (vistas!), Mas porque o serviço é extraordinário. Vale a pena visitar não apenas no verão, mas também para uma estadia de inverno. Excelente spa, dois ótimos restaurantes (brunch de domingo é obrigatório), e no café da manhã eles sabem o que você gostaria de comer antes mesmo de chegar à mesa :) Um agradecimento especial aos mordomos que cuidam de nossas necessidades a qualquer momento - Tatyana, Svetlana, Kayes, Zhar, entre outros, bem como a Aida, Azhar, Nurbolat - eu poderia continuar e continuar porque o pessoal é o que faz o St Regis Astana se destaca de tudo o que experimentei até hoje.
