Era um lugar lindo, limpo e muito, muito bom ... Fui cobrado por fumar, embora não fume, mas ali estava apenas fazendo um trabalho ... Só espero que eles tenham entendido direito, mas no geral foi ótimo, lugar, e muito limpo, não me arrependo

It was a beautiful clean,and very very nice place...I got charged for smoking even tho I don't but there just doing there job..I just hope they got it straight, but all in all it was a great, place,and very clean, I have no regrets

Pernoite maravilhoso. O quarto era grande e limpo e as camas eram muito confortáveis. O funcionário da recepção foi muito agradável e amigável. Jantamos no Albergottis e estava absolutamente delicioso. A nossa garçonete também era muito simpática e atenciosa. Se sua viagem o levar por SC, este hotel fica a cerca de 30 minutos da I-95, mas vale a pena.

Wonderful overnight stay. The room was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. We had dinner at Albergottis and it was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was very nice, too, and very attentive. If your travels take you through SC, this hotel is about 30 minutes from I-95, but it is worth it.

Employees were friendly and professional. Thad, in the restaurant was well informed as to the history of the area.. It was great to come home and feel so welcome. Thank you for for just being yourselves.

This is my true advise for all the customers who going to hunting island! This hotel make up fake invoice to charge me!!!! Yes, I have discussed this issue with the hotel since August 2020, but the hotel manager keeps lying to me. they said they will refund me since I did not stay there( went to the room with door lock broken, did not enter the room, they offered me a room I did not want, so we left and confirmed we won't be charged), they did not refund, and did not take my calls. the I disputed from credit card, the hotel send them a fake invoice stated I stayed there that night. and declined my dispute, now they keep saying I can dispute again from credit card company, but actually credit company unable to do that without any prove of not staying there . the hotel refuse to provide me a statement of me not staying there and the truth of their mistake. now the case is, they just don't want refund me. and this is the hotel I will never stay, I will keeping complain to IHG or Holiday Inn headquarter, even through it's just $128 and even through I might still unable to get my money back! Just do not book this hotel!

Apenas andar neste lugar parecia certo. Do processo de check-in para subir as escadas para abrir a porta de um quarto maravilhoso. Eu definitivamente estarei indo aqui novamente.

Just walking in this place it felt right. From the checking in process to getting upstairs to opening the door to a wonderful room. I will definitely be going here again.

Simplemente caminar en este lugar se sintió bien. Desde el proceso de registro hasta subir las escaleras y abrir la puerta a una habitación maravillosa. Definitivamente volveré aquí.

Booked an executive suite for 2 nights. upon arrival noticed that the refrigerator was leaking water in the icebox was broken inside of the refrigerator. then went to the bathroom and noticed that the light switches were about to fall out of the wall. Went to shut the door and the handle itself would not even close all the way or lock. Then upon getting in the shower had absolutely no water pressure. was told I would not receive room service because of cover 19 unless I specifically requested for it. The floors in my room had not been vacuumed found crumbs and other debris in the corners of the room. The lights in the room were different colors meaning one was yellow and one was daylight color.. this will span between about eight different lights. There was no satellite or cable in the room only regular station air TV, in an executive suite keep in mind. On a brighter side the beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room. Other than that I would not recommend staying in the executive suite at this hotel

El hotel está completamente remodelado, las habitaciones amplias con una pequeña cocina. El hotel tiene una alberca techada y está perfecto para los niños. El servicio excelente, el staff siempre muy amable . Esta muy cerca de restaurantes y tiendas incluso caminando.

El hotel esta muy bien situado pero tiene una vista muy poco acceptable, directo a un motel que no esta en buenas condiciones.El precio es muy elevado para las condiciones en que se encuentra, las alfombras de los pasillos estan sucias, el mantenimiento se ve que lo hacen sin mucho cuidado de los muebles, esta limpio pero deterioros por muchos lados, las patas de los muebles desgastadas sin pintura, las reparaciones de las paredes hechas por alguien poco profesional.Para el precio que cobran el papel toillette deberia ser de mejor calidad, las toallas estan muy desgastadas al igual que las sabanas. Y el precio fue de $159 por noche mas taxes
