“My flight was cancelled so Southwest Airlines gave me a voucher to stay at the Holiday Inn.The front desk handled the voucher incorrectly so my credit card was billed for the stay.For the last 10 days I've been trying to get ahold of a manager to discuss the situation but they avoid my phone calls and do not call me back.Additionally we scheduled a hotel shuttle at 6:15am to return to the airport.The shuttle was 45 minutes late. We almost missed our flight.To summarize, service is very poor at this hotel.”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall is a good place to stay. The negatives, seems to be a lack of maintenance, especially on the outside of the building. Be careful walking down the second floor hallway, there are holes in the floor under the carpet.”
