“The property is overall nice. The VOSS water bottles had the seals broken and we ended up with food poisoning. The hotel staff seems to be refilling the water bottles with tap water; we had a discussion with the manager showed him the water bottles that room service had just put in the room with the seal broken and his reaction was to offer us a fruit basket... I guess they dont know how diarrhea works...They also said they would not credit us Accor points because we booked through Expedia. Overall, the Fairmont globally is a nice hotel, this is nice but this one is horribly managed.”
