“While they have tried to do some refreshing to the rooms, and the recent work is nice, recently done bathroom updates, the overall condition of the is aging. There is a significant amount of maintenance and minor things that should be addressed. Another problem we encountered though not entirely their fault, is the cleaning products they use on the bedding is so strong my wife had to sleep on top of the bedding. In their defense I hope this is only due to the stricter Covid 19 room cleaning they are doing now.
The hallways to the rooms are narrow and the ceiling isn't very high, and every time a guest goes into a room even close to the room your in, you hear the door very clearly, enough that I woke up from someone entering their room and letting the door shut on it's own, I am a light sleeper but still. We had no problems with the staff at all and they did their jobs pretty well, however it is an aging property and could use a major remodel.”
