Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Food and drinks in restaurant were overpriced. The breakfast buffet is just ok. Nice pool with beautiful views of the city. Overall decent hotel.

Ótimo atendimento, pessoas simpáticas. Grande e brilhante lobby aberto. Os quartos são agradáveis e espaçosos. Academia e piscina tudo de bom.Pequeno-almoço gratuito não é tão bom. Os hambúrgueres veganos de salsicha não eram comestíveis, banana como a única opção de fruta e ovos mexidos. O resto são itens continentais. A única reclamação realmente.Eu vou ficar novamente. Fora da Strip, tranquilo, sem cassino e a 5 minutos a pé do Centro de Convenções.Se você ficar com vontade de jogar, o Westgate fica do outro lado da rua.

Great service, friendly folks. Big and bright open lobby. Rooms are nice and spacious. Gym and pool all good. Free breakfast not so good. The vegan sausage patties were not edible, banana as the only fruit choice, and scrambled eggs. The rest are continental items. The only complaint really. I will stay again. Off the strip, quiet, no casino, and an easy 5 minute walk to the Convention Center. If you get an itch to gamble, the Westgate is across the street.

Dei uma estrela extra porque tem potencial para ser um bom lugar, mas não é seguro nem funciona bem. Na primeira noite acordei com o que pensei ser uma pessoa bêbada tentando entrar no meu quarto. 10 minutos depois que eles saíram, alguém voltou com uma chave mestra e tentou abrir minha porta sem bater à 1 da manhã. Eu tive que perguntar a eles se eu poderia ajudá-los e eles passivamente pediram desculpas e rapidamente se afastaram. Ou eles não me registraram ou não verificaram se reservaram o quarto, ou alguém tem uma chave mestra e tenta invadir os quartos. De qualquer forma, se você estiver hospedado aqui, mova o sofá em frente à porta todas as noites para estar seguro. No final da minha estadia de 3 dias, eles cobraram no meu cartão $ 1780,56 depois que eu já paguei. Tenho certeza de que é apenas um erro e estou consertando, mas ainda é muito inconveniente e decepcionante. Não é uma estadia relaxante.

I gave it an extra star because it has potential to be a good place but it is not safe or run well. The first night I woke up to what I thought was a drunk person trying to get into my room. 10 minutes after they left someone came back with a master key and tried to open my door without knocking at 1 am. I had to ask them if I could help them and they passively said sorry and quickly walked away. Either they didn’t register me or didn’t double check if they booked the room, or someone has a master key and tries to break into rooms. Either way, if you are staying here move the couch in front of the door every night to be safe. At the end of my 3 day stay they charged my card $1780.56 after I already paid. I’m sure it’s just a mistake and I’m getting it fixed but it’s still all very inconvenient and disappointing. Not a relaxing stay at all.

Thoughtfully designed.The room layouts are amazing.Great for work, with excellent desk orientation for conference calls/etc.Would highly recommend for anyone who is coming to Vegas for business.We stayed here for proximity to LVCC for CES, but I'll likely stay here any time business drags me (I hate Vegas) to Las Vegas.It was truly amazing to find something this nice in what is otherwise just such a horrible/dirty/gross and poorly-designed city.Clean, professional, friendly, and thoughtfully designed through-and-through - from the lobby, to breakfast area, to the rooms.

A equipe da recepção não é acolhedora. O estacionamento custa US $ 19 por noite, o que diminui o valor. Não há exaustor em nenhum dos banheiros. Seria muito estranho se você tivesse um colega de quarto enquanto estivesse aqui. A piscina e o deck de observação foram fechados durante minha visita em dezembro. Houve alguns pontos positivos: o hotel fica a uma curta distância de Circus Circus e Sahara, a vista da Strip do meu quarto era decente, o café da manhã tinha muitas opções e o restaurante, Palette, no hotel é conveniente e serve boa comida. No geral, eu não ficaria aqui novamente.

Experiência geral, medíocre. Sala 5/5. O quarto era limpo, as camas eram confortáveis, os travesseiros eram excelentes, os banheiros super limpos. Dormi muito bem. Amenidades 2/5. A piscina parecia muito legal porque estava no telhado, mas estava fechada. A academia era super legal. A experiência do café da manhã não foi ótima. Primeiro, há menos opções, segundo, a fila estava loucamente longa. Felizmente, venci a maior parte da fila, mas era uma loucura chegar às 8 da manhã. Estacionamento era bom, mas tivemos que pagar por isso, venha no Marriott, dê estacionamento gratuito. Os elevadores eram muito lentos, MUITO LENTOS. Tivemos que esperar uma eternidade pelo elevador e metade do tempo quando o elevador chegou estava lotado de pessoas, então tivemos que esperar pelo próximo.

Nós tivemos uma estadia decente. Gosto que estejamos perto de tudo, sem cheiro de cigarro e sons de cassinos. Nosso quarto era bastante silencioso, definitivamente apreciei isso, dormi bem. Nosso quarto, infelizmente, não estava totalmente limpo / preparado para a nossa chegada. Por algum motivo, a cama com gavetão foi puxada para fora e não tínhamos toalhas de banho, como as tarefas de limpeza, deixadas com pressa. A equipe remediou as toalhas com bastante facilidade e se desculpou. Atitude geral da equipe foi boa. Lembre-se de acordar cedo para o café da manhã. Certa manhã, acordamos por volta das 7h, sem filas. Se você esperar até depois das 8h30, é melhor sair.

Overall experience, mediocre. Room 5/5. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were great, bathrooms super clean. I slept pretty decently. Amenities 2/5. The pool looked really cool because it was in the roof but it was closed. The gym was super nice. The breakfast experience wasn't great. First off, there are less options, 2nd, the line was crazy long. Luckily, I beat most of the line but it was crazy come 8am. Parking was fine but we had to pay for it, come on Marriott, give free parking. The elevators were really slow, REALLY SLOW. We had to wait forever for the elevator and half the time when the elevator came it was packed full of people so we had to wait for the next one.

This place is clean and just off the strip. We chose this place for locationand the rooms had suites available. But I was disappointed about several things. First the pool was closed for repairs, a shuttle service was advertised, but no shuttle. And the noise was incredible... doors slammed over and over. Wifi was pretty weak. I am sure there are better places to stay with suites. The employees were very nice so no problem with them.

The Hotel was "Okay" but NOT great! Let me explain, in order to HAVE room service you need to go to the front office and demand it yourself. As a customer who already paid the hotel must pay in addition for parking your car. $16 per night, every morning you have to wake up so early to go downstairs and get breakfast otherwise you'll be in the back of the line. The food is good...sometimes, there's times where the eggs are raw, the sausage are dry and you struggle to find a seat to eat your breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We had a decent stay. I like that we are close to everything without the smell of cigarettes and sounds of casinos. Our room was fairly quiet, definitely appreciated that, slept well. Our room unfortunately wasn’t fully cleaned/prepped for our arrival. For some reason, trundle bed was pulled out and we had no bath towels, like housekeeping left in a hurry. Staff remedied the towels easily enough and was apologetic. Overall staff attitude was good. Remember to get up early for breakfast. We were up around 7am one morning, no lines. If you wait until after 8:30, better off going out.

I heard this Spring Hill was newly updated. The room was very nice and clean. The amenities were okay. If you want to eat the continental breakfast, make sure you get there before 8am, otherwise there will be a really long line. They had plenty of food in the morning. The pool is currently closed. The chair in our room was broken. Overnight parking costs $16

Front desk staff is not welcoming. It is $19 per night to park, which brings the value down. The couch in the room is very uncomfortable to sit on; I'm not sure how it is as a sleeper. When I checked in there was only one set of low quality towels. The shower did not drain well. The bathroom arrangement is weird and inconvenient if you are female. There is a shower and vanity in one room and the toilet and another tiny sink in another room. There is no exhaust fan in either bathroom. It would be very awkward if you had a roommate while you stayed here. The pool and observation deck were closed during my December visit. There were a few good points: the hotel is in walking distance to Circus Circus and Sahara, the Strip view from my room was decent, the breakfast had many selections, and the restaurant, Palette, in the hotel is convenient and serves good food. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Buena atención aunque la limpieza deja mucho que desear. La cama adicional estaba sin arreglar y muy descuidada. Usamos la cafetera pero no se tomaron la molestia de limpiar para el siguiente día. El desayuno bastante aceptable.

El lugar está cómodo. Limpio y con camas sabrosas. Para estar acá recomiendo rentar auto. Pero es bastante cómodo, lejos del ruido y sin casino lo que te libra de ese asqueroso olor de cigarro las 24 horas.
