Eu e a minha filha de 14 anos, tivemos uma experiência inesquecível neste hotel, staff muito atencioso, simpático e de sorriso fácil. Tivemos um problema com o primeiro quarto, mas que prontamente nos trocaram de quarto, ficámos no edifício bávaro. Quarto muito bom, espaçoso, comjacuzzi na casa de banho incluído. Room service 24h/ dia. Na praia e piscina, estavam sempre a perguntar se necessitávamos de alguma coisa. Apesar da incansável limpeza da praia, as algas teimavam em aparecer, mas mesmo assim, temos praia com um areal extenso branquinhoe a água do mar ótima!!! Piscinas excelentes! Restaurantes muito bons e variados, repetimos 3 vezes o sushi. só tivemos pena de não conseguirmos entrar no restaurante Francês, pois era para maiores de 18 anos. Com rede WiFi, por todo o hotel, inclusivé na praia. Animações todo o dia, incluindo ótimos e variados espetáculos à noite. Dou os parabéns à equipa de animação, foram excelentes, quero dar especial atenção, e agradeceraos animadores Mini Baby, Red Bull, Baby Face, Super Man, Capuccino.. ...que tornaram ainda mais especial a nossa estadia no Hotel Now Larimar.

O resort esta localizado em uma área grande e com paria linda, tem uma infraestrutura excelente, mas não consegue sair da mediocridade. Alguns empregados até se esforçam, mas a maioria não atende bem. Os restaurantes não tem um padrão de qualidade, pedimos o mesmo prato em dias diferentes e variou de ótimo a totalmente sem graça. Além disso tivemos um cofre arrombado em um apartamento do nosso grupo onde foi furtado dinheiro. O hotel não indenizou o prejuízo. Lamentável.

Ótimo atendimento, trabalhadores felizes e atenciosos. Deliciosas comidas e bebidas. As áreas de piscina são muito boas e áreas verdes muito bem cuidadas. O mar em frente é simplesmente maravilhoso!!! Voltaria novamente com certeza. 👏🏻

Pontos negativos: Os restaurantes a la carte à noite tinham tanta fila que desanimavam, acabamos só conhecendo um. Nos outros dias, íamos nos restaurantes que eram buffet. O atendimento só era bom com gorjeta, mas acho que isso é um padrão nos hotéis all inclusive. Pontos positivos: Quarto muito bom, limpo e espaçoso. Piscinas grandes e várias espreguiçadeiras Praia muito bonita na frente do hotel com seguranças

Horrível! Não sei como atribuíram 5 estrelas a um hotel em que a sujidade e visível, o cheiro a mofo insuportável, velho e que vende quartos com vista para a piscina, sem que se veja a piscina, apenas fica do lado onde está a piscina, mas não se vê. 3 estrelas seria razoável para atribuir, mesmo assim.... O restaurante tens que procurar pelos empregados para servir um copo de água. Cuidado quando compras o quarto porque pagar mais por algo que nao existe nao faz sentido e os preços são demasiado altis para a oferta. Sem duvida não volto e nan recomendo.

Over the top amenities and service. Our room was well furnished and very comfortable and spacious with a great balcony. The landscaping is lush and well maintained. The private beach has multiple shade huts with lounge chairs and tables for drinks served by butlers. The on-site restaurants are good with a variety of choices. We wish we would have booked more than the 7 day's we enjoyed. I highly recommend this resort -- we will definitely be back!

someone stole a ring while i was out of the room and security made an assumption that it was my friends family (whom i was with the whole time i was out of my room) instead of checking their own staff. terrible food and some of the staff were creeps or just rude. theres also like no activities to do like i’ve experienced at other resorts.

Buen hotel, habitaciones confortables y limpias, el personal en general muy amable, la comida buena, lo único es que te la sirven no puedes servirte, (deben de mejorar eso), la playa buena, de forma particular, tuvimos que utilizar la piscina del hotel secrets de la misma cadena (queda al lado) porque no tenian asientos disponibles en el dreams, siempre estaban ocupados; la piscina del secrets es genial y el personal de la piscina es excenlente, en particular Jen, Sin duda volvería a cualquiera de los 2.

It's an older resort but the grounds are great, many smaller pool options. Food was decent. Rooms need an upgrade but comfy enough, ask for a king or queen bed. There was a jacuzzi tub, nice touch.

Want to give a big shout out to all the wonderful staff at this resort. Jose and Nelson who go around making sure that you are never without a drink and to everyone who made my stay so memorable. This resort exceeded my expectations, I would most definitely return the people are absolutely beautiful.

Pasamos 10 días muy buenos en el hotel. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, limpieza, batas, pantuflas, Jacuzzi, todo muy bien. La gente que trabaja en el hotel es espectacular, terminamos considerándolos nuestros amigos, Raúl (siempre presente con su sonrisa), Pilar y Ana de la Rosa (las chicas mas simpáticas y atentas en el Fusión), Tomás (el "caballero" del Portofino), Ernesto,Ana (en las recepciones de los restaurantes), Víctor, Pedro en el Teppanyaki, Luis, Yeury, Juan a la llegada, Raquel (la Chief), Amaury "strong" en el bar de la playa. Beach had too much seaweed.Service at buffet wasnt the best had to wait for somebody to come but food.The rooms were super cold like a fridge.Room smelled like mold.Bide and toilet was disgusting 🤢.Wouldnt go back here.Pool was nice.

Atención, amabilidad,comida y bebidas de calidad. En estos momentos estoy en el hotel, es mi segundo día y todo fenomenal excepto una pega, anoche vimos nuestro primer show y me quedé un poco decepcionada porque no me enteré de nada. El presentador no dijo ni una palabra en español. De acuerdo que hay mayoría de americanos pero también hay huéspedes españoles y dominicanosy nos gustaría que tuvieran deferencia con nosotros también y nos tradujeran algo de lo que dicen para que disfrutemos del sow

This resort was one of the best I have stayed at. The swim up bars are open but you do not need to go to them. Marcos and Nelson go around the pool non stop making sure your drinks are never empty. Josepha was another one at the shows every night. Before you could finish your drink another one was on its way. Also a big thanks to Billy he was our butler for the week. When I tell you this guy goes out of his way to make things happen, he will get it done. He is highly recommended if you have preferred service . I don’t know if you could request him ahead of time but I would try if I were you. These names stood out the most because my family and i seen them the most, but the rest of the staff is great as well. So many names that I forgot that I would like to shout out but I can’t remember. Can’t forget get about the explorer club staff. Although we did not use the club for the kids during the stay, at night they would come up and make sure every kid was included in the night show if they wanted to join them. They were great again I forgot the names. Thanks to all of the friends we made and to the staff at royal beach it was fun while it lasted now it’s time to get on the plane back to nice and cold Jersey

Excelente!!! No bar interno fui atendida por 02 bartenders Rayphin e yasssemi bartenders perfeitos, tomei muitos drinks maravilhosos! Os restaurantes tem chef cozinheiros de qualidade, comidas perfeitas! Quartos são arrumados 2 X por dia , com muito carinho ❤ funcionários todos, tenho muita gratidão pela atenção, super indico! E pra finalizar Royal Dreams resort é lindíssimo, um paraíso, realmente fabuloso!

Péssimo. Pior all inclusive que já fui. Não há opção de petiscos no intervalo entre as refeições. Petisco só hambúrguer, hot dog e fritas e fornecido em um único bar isolado no canto da praia. Os garçons não servem na piscina ou na praia. A pessoa tem que ficar indo atrás de bebida. Não funciona todos bares e restaurantes. Lado outro, a estrutura e higiene são ótimas. Mas pelo preço de all inclusive, em punta cana tem melhores opções até mais baratas. Não volto, não indico para ninguém.

Excelente servicio, todo el personal muy atento, el trato con los niños es espectacular, siempre estaban pendientes de mi hija, la comida espectacular, la habitación muy buena y todas las instalaciones en general muy bien. Quiero resaltar la atención de una de las mesera: la señora AMPARO FABIÁN VÁSQUEZ porque es excelente en la atención y deben estar orgullosos de tenerla como empleada en sus instalaciones.

Excelente hotel, solo que tenían que haberlo dejado como Secrets Royal Beach ya que era perfecto y todo cerca. Sencillo y más cómodo. Ahora es más pequeño y ha cambiado mucho. La zona prefer la dejaron para la otra zona por lo que eso le ha restado mucho valor al hotel. Mi opinión es que deberían haberlo dejado como estaba al menos. Cómo huésped no se busca bonita infraestructura sino un lugar complaciente y eficiente.

Amazing hotel with wonderful service. The a la carte restaurants are really nice. Sometimes it all goes a bit fast when you want to enjoy a nice and relax dinner but the waiters are doing all it takes to make every evening a wonderful experience. So I would say, keep up the good work.

I will give our trip a 4 stars because I know the hotel was low on staff and not at full capacity. The beach was great.Pool area was very nice with plenty of seating.Most of the staff was fantastic. I would've enjoyed this place a little more if I felt like I was in the Dominican Republic. The hotel was nice and clean. Food was not that great.Buffet did not have much of a selection.

I had an issue checking in and because of that issue I missed half of my friends wedding I wasn’t even able to get ready in my own room but in my sisters room so once I was done getting me and my girls ready I left to catch whatever was left of the wedding and once we returned…. Magically there was no issue with me checking in…… then after that I had no issues until my daughter got hurt and needed stitches and had to take her to the nurse or doctor that was on the Resort that was charging me almost $200 Just to perform first aid and tell me I need to take her to the hospital For Stitches When the lifeguard already had cleaned the cut and Patched it up and told me the same thing…. And I wasn’t told that would be an additional charge for her to just look and do the same thing that the lifeguard did….And on top of that she is very Very very very rude and very unprofessional I also have video of her being very rude and very unprofessional if you want me to send it to you but overall everyone else there is very nice very attentive and very kind except for The nurse or doctor I’m not very sure of what she is there but she is very very very very rude she was even very rude to my daughter that had the injury and told her if she stops crying she will give her some water

The best thing about this hotel is the employees. They are amazing and always willing to make your trip fun and relaxing. The bartenders are amazing Alexander went above and beyond for me and my family. And my butler Jean Carlos was with me every step of the way he made it easy for me to relax and was always available and with an amazing contagious smile on his face. Milciades the bell captain was also great I almost forgot something as I was leaving and he went and grabbed it for me. Also when I was tired of walking he was always willing to give me a ride. I wish I remembered everyone’s name but they were all so amazing!!!! Also dark chocolate the entertainer was hilarious and can get everyone dancing.

Now Larimar Punta Cana is a very fun and enjoyable place to go. The food is good. The beach is awesome. the resort is maintained very well. the rooms are very nice. Their is one restaurant for lunch out on the beach area that has an amazing view to eat at. The resort is worth eating here. The big knock at this resort is they do not know how to make pretty much any alcoholic drink unfortunately. We tried so many drinks, but never could find something they could make well... that is the big knock on this place. this place has 2 areas to stay at this hotel. You can stay over by the water or they have a side area that is a little walk off the main resort is is secluded and nice.

Grounds were very nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Food and restaurants were good. Rooms were just so so. On our second night a piece of the ceiling fell where the air conditioner had been leaking for awhile. Next day they moved us to a new room so they could make repairs and upgraded our family to a better room with the upgraded pool/restaurant package for our inconvenience. Overall Punta Cana was a great vacation, but I would probably stay at another resort next time.

Great staff! Always friendly and helpful. Resort is clean and comfortable. Food is not very good had dinner at all restaurants except for the "Japanese" hibachi. All were terrible with the possible exception of the Italian restaurant, it was decent. Overall experience was very good except for the food. I would not go back as the food was that bad.

Now Larimar has really nice staff who go above and beyond. However that was the first and last visit to the hotel. The food was edible nothing to rave about, but I expected better. They always had shows on at night which were pretty good. They even had a pool foam party. Downside, the pool close at 6pm, which is highly disappointing. I held my wedding at this resort, at the beach. Beautiful pictures, but then you had beach goers getting in the way. The security that was there did nothing to keep the uninvited guests out.
