He estado este fin de semana por trabajo y el hotel me ha parecido correcto y su ubicación también pero con un recepcionista (Luis) nefasto. Os cuento: llegamos y había un chico esperando en recepción para hacer 'check in'. 5 minutos más tarde aparece el Sr. Luis (recepcionista) y atiende al cliente, mientras atiende al chico aparece una pareja para hacer el 'check out', mientras nosotros esperando... Cuando acaba con el chico, 20' más tarde,le doy mi DNI y me dice: primero los Check out, yo no dije ni pío;Total 25 minutos más tarde pudimos hacer el check in, pero... Oh sorpresa, dió a mis compañeros las habitaciones en la tercera planta y a miuna habitación prácticamente a pie de calle. Correcta pero con ruido. El hotel sin muchos clientes... Vamos, creo que fue su manera de vengarse, lo peor es que no sé todavía de qué...

Pros: Fantastic location right next to Atocha. Good rooms on higher floors with good views. Cons: The basic single is tiny. No main dining area where there is bustle and people watching. This is a small utilitarian hotel perfect for business travelers.

This is a wonderful hotel, although the rooms are a bit small - the remainder of all of the other features are first rate. Mr. Andres is such a warm and hospitable person as well as the rest of the staff. Although I did not participate in their breakfast offerings - the breakfast looked very tempting and appetizing. It is close walking distance to all major museums. I normally do not rate hotels - but this would be an excellent choice if you are visiting Madrid. It is across the street from Atocha train station and you can get airport express bus to and from the airport fir 5 Euros!

É um hotel confortável, como os da NH. Adequado para quem passará pouco tempo, aguardando um trem que saia de Attocha. Quarto individual básico é mesmo pequeno. Calefacao sem controle. Não háserviços, nem mesmo 1 cafése pode tomar. Café da manhã semelhante a de outros NH.

Perfect location for visiting art museums and catching the train. It was also cheaper than lesser options closer to night life. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, and back to the hotel after dinner and general exploring. I considered a four star review because some will indeed find the room small. But, the staff was great, especially our breakfast attendant! For our two-night museum -focused visit, the price/location/quality combination hit the sweet spot.

Perfect for a one night stay before a train journey. Hotel is bright and clean. The staff were very helpful. Location is great - only a short walk to many bars and restaurants. Recommended.

My experience wasn't good at all. I booked from their official website, through the process of checking-in, I got asked to pick between different options including if I wanted balcony or window, indoor or outdoor view, smoking or no smoking room and things like that, so I paid more and made my choice of a "superior" room just to have the balcony option. I was really happy with my choice and excited thinking that me and my husband would have an amazing view from our balcony.Well, a couple of days later when we arrived, and checked-in with Luis the guy at the reception, who was really good and helpful, he couldn't really helped us. Dor our surprise this hotel doesn't have balconies! Any! There is just 1 room with balcony and is the suite at level 8 he said! I was in shock.If you read this and want to check in through their website, be aware that they generalise with all the hotels they have around the world, and when you pick the type of room you want probably will not match with the hotel you will stay at.My expectations of having a balcony which this hotel doesn't offer is the perfect example of what I'm trying to say, at the end they are just making false advertisement (with no intention of it I'd like to think) Sorry NH but that just makes no sense and it's pretty wrong from your part. It would be highly recommended if you adjust/amend your website for the checking in process online, so your hotels fit with the options you offer.At the end, all this is translated to a no happy customer here, sorry because the room wasn't bad at all but wasn't what I picked from the options offered at all either.Luis, thanks for your professionalism and assistance and hats off to the girls from the breakfast buffet for their hard work.
