“Staff is not helpful. Room only had one towel: I had to ask 4 times to finally get them...after 4 hours!
Common areas are not clean and the restaurant is the worst I experienced. Even breakfast was very bad...
Finally what kind of airport hotel does not offer a shuttle to the airport? Well this one doesn't and you have to pay an insane 550 pesos for a 10-minute ride to get to Cancun airport.
